Loved the beautiful views from our window and the proximity to Salamanca Place with all the liveliness of Hobart's CBD!

Very clean well located property with everything needed for a 3 night stay. A studio apartment with washer and dryer and daily serviced. Very happy and will stay again

We stayed in Room 106. It was exceptionally spacious, separate lounge and kitchenette area with adjoining balcony looking out toward the Australian Maritime College and glimpses of the wharf area. Loved that it had a comfortable large sofa, two stylish tub chairs, two round coffee tables and a four seater table setting for dining at. Down the corridor there was a study nook, an enclosed laundry area and a toilet closet. At the end of the corridor was a large bedroom which adjoined an enclosed private courtyard with ensuite that had shower facilities for two and large window alongside the bath. We were very impressed with the quality and the facilities. Coffee capsule machine, hot chocolate sachets and a range of teas we enjoy. Awesome location. And everything within walking distance

Located beside Salamanca Markets, it's an easy walk along the wharf and foreshores. Lots of options for meals. Parking is included, which is uncommon for central Hobart. The room is large and the bed is comfortable.

Quick check-in. Comfy, spacious room. Coffee machine, a selection of varied teas, including my favourite lemon and ginger. Room was warm when we arrived but could not switch to quiet mode. Easy walk to retail and dining.

Low rise accommodation, Room 203, 2nd floor, lift and/or stair access. Ticks all my boxes. Spacious main area and bathroom. Kitchenette with microwave, hot plates, coffee machine, electric milk frother, medium sized fridge and sufficient cooking apparatus to cater for yourself. Washer, dryer and deep sink neatly tucked along the wall space in the bathroom. All new equipment and furnishings. Comfy bed, warm effective heating/cooling system. Balcony with glimpses of the Derwent and lights of Dark Mofo. Plenty of free parking at the facility. Staff are pleasant and provide excellent service across all sectors. An easy stroll to a variety of good dining venues, supermarket, artisan retailers, entertainment, historic buildings and the calming effect of the Derwent River plus more…. Highly recommend this accommodation when you visit Hobart.

Great location, rooms are modern and well equipped. Only thing that was a slight minus is the cleaning staff laughing and chatting loudly outside the bedrooms in the morning when we were trying to sleep.

Wonderful service started upon arrival with George at reception. We felt like privileged guests. We stayed in a studio apartment at the Salamanca Suites. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, two comfortable chairs for relaxing or dining at the round table. Large comfortable and warm bed. Balcony with chairs and table as well as beautiful views of the Derwent River. A blessing was being able to turn the heating on silent. Efficient and effective washing and drying facilities in the large bathroom , which enabled work clothes to be laundered before the next day of work. A small, functional kitchenette, mid-size full fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and ironing facilities. Two luggage holders and a desk. There are a range of lighting scenarios from small directional wall lights near beds, as well as lamps and full lights in main room. Bathroom has three types of lighting. Two floors, easy stairs or lift to second floor. Wide corridor. Easy stroll to dining, retail and specialist stores, as well as entertainment and bars. We love this accommodation and will turn again. Thank you for such great service and facilities.

Perfect place for a Business stays as was very quiet and extremely easy to get to and from. Will defiantly be staying here again.

What a great apartment, just a short walk from the harbour and local shops. Check-in is at the Leanna Hotel just up the hill (1 minute walk) and the process was very simple. Off-road parking is usually available for 1 car per apartment. Rooms are modern and well-equipped, including crockery, cutlery, basic cooking utensils, and ours had a washing machine and dryer which was FANTASTIC after a week exploring Tasmania. There is some traffic noise because it’s quite a busy road that runs past the apartment block.

Location was fantastic next to Salamanca market & boat access to Mona. Also lovely to wander the adjacent streets of Battery point & the city.
