What a wonderful 2 night stay my wife and I had. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne as we were getting married during our stay. The breakfast was awesome and bar service superb. With the staff very helpful. A well situated hotel close to where we wanted. Clean and well worth the money. I will be staying there again soon and recommend it for couples and families as the pool is excellent.

We stayed here for one night and after travelling for a full day from another time zone were keen to get a good rest. There was a function going on metres from our room.It was so loud inside our room we couldn't watch tv, or talk or go to sleep. The noise level was appalling and went for hours. Whilst the function finished at 10pm, we had no ability to relax, wind down or have an early night. It would be prudent for the property to make people aware they hold functions in an area close to every room, due to the setup, and that these may include loud music and hundreds of people blocking hallways and the one small lift. To charge nearly $500 for a night without this warning is really misleading.

Restaurant Food and staff were excellent. Pool area outdated and limited space also lacking shade- needs umbrellas. Palms were half dead and unsightly. Reception service slow and unfriendly. Only one small lift to rooms which can be problematic. Room had plumbing issues. Hotel falsely advertised they provide free transport into Fremantle. Over all considering the cost of our stay I would have expected better. Rating 6/10

An otherwise very positive experience was marred by charges for a rollout bed that were not transparent at the time of booking. We booked for 2 adults and a child aged 10 years, and the booking stated a complimentary bed would be available for one child. It is reasonable to expect this bed would be suitable for a 10 year old, given we provided their age at the time of booking. After checking in, we had to request the bed only to be told it would cost extra per night - only a baby cot would be complimentary. This was not stated on the hotel’s ad on Wotif. Staff claimed they couldn’t see the details of our booking which indicates either a problem with the Wotif platform or with the hotel staff.

Room was better than we expected given the price. Pool and gym was good. Staff were generally friendly although we had to ask a couple of times to get the trundle bed that we required for our 3rd child. Breakfast was nice although the New Year’s Eve dinner that we booked wasn’t as good as expected

Easy checkin and reception went out of their way to ensure our room was ready early, as we had driven 6 hours. Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Loved the pump pack containers in the bathroom. Amenities top notch.

loved the views over the river - dining room staff very friendly. Didn't see the 'cleaning sign' near the door until the last day - so was disappointed our room wasn't made up each day - bed not made - clean towels etc.

Reception staff were great also courtesy van to drop us off was excellent service Restaurant in morning for breakfast was below average wait 30min to be served and over an hour for food only one waitress working. no coffee available as no barrister on apparently (breakfast was pre booked with room)
