Great location and nearby to transport links if needed. Modern enough and had everything we needed but a little tired in places. A very good stay all in all.

The hotel is great rooms are big considering it’s Europe and beds are comfortable stayed in Munich and bed was hard as a rock. The area where the hotel is located is very close to high end shopping as well as other points of interest very friendly people and only thing that was missing was a hotel bar or restaurant

Great location, nice warm room, friendly staff.

The staff were very accommodating to the situation I had with my room and they were very helpful and accommodating my extra guest, even though the hotel at capacity. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience at a hotel with hotel staff. I had a situation with the person who was staying in my room and the hotel was very understanding and helped me mitigate through it. I appreciated that very much and respect the care they had for their other hotel goers. The food was terrific.

Convenient location. Clean. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Bathroom was a bit dated and could benefit from an update but it was a major problem. Sound proofing not the best but overall I would recommend if you are looking to visit central Vienna

Small boutique hotel in the perfect location to see all the marvelous sites Vienna has to offer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

The property is really in the middle of everything so everything were a short distance walk. We took an uber on some of the distance places but attraction places like saint peter church where they performed a musical quarter is literally a rock throw away as well as saint stephen church which is in the heart of the shopping strips. I finally had the courage to take a train to Budapest amd it was a blast. Get the first class express option for 4 more euro and its well worth it. The only hitch was our in our arrival when the pickup driver told us that we had 1 too many luggage for the vehicle that it was arranged for..and he started bad mouthing Orbitz for lack of communication but i said thats not the case coz i have save the email communication but he ultimately arranged another ride which was a taxi that accommodated us instead of the limo company for which we originally agreed upon. Upon arriving to the hotel I brought up the issue and the person and the name of the person to whom i was in communication with but he claimed no such person worked there even though it said it's coming from their front desk. It seems that only parts of the communication were recieved like I asked for 2 separate bedroom with one extra bed in one of them and that didn't happen. It seems that 3 beds for 3 people is incomprehensible..but overall everything went great and special kudos to the hotel staffs. Great work guys.

This hotel is ideally located to explore central Vienna, from Stephensplatz to the Museum Quarter. All are within easy walking distance. The concierge at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting and making reservations for wonderful dinners every night we stayed.

The staff at this hotel took a great experience to the next level. The rooms were wonderful - clean, safe, and spacious with wonderful decorative accents that added to the joy. I felt so cared for here, especially by Messadi at the front desk. He gave us suggestions and was incredibly hospitable each time we were through the lobby. Great location, walkable to many places we wanted to go, and surrounded and immersed by the city.

Vienna is a very large area. The walk to attractions was a distance, we taxied to most attractions. The staff was very helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

The best location in the city

The hotel is a few minutes away from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. It is in a quiet side street but close enough to the tourist attractions. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent place from the staff, service and location!!!

We love the softness of the bed. The staff was great and recommending places to eat. Also, we love the fact that they had a couple chairs and a table to set things on.

Had a great 3 night stay; room was nice, spacious & cleaned daily. Bed was a bit hard for my liking, and I wouldn't have minded too much had the pillows been good. Pillows were useless, as if we had slept with none. That was my only issue along with needed more tv channels in English. Location is great, and front desk Sara was amazing. The other gentlemen in the evening wasn't so inviting, lacks friendliness. He should learn from Sara. Overall I will stay here again.
