If you have an early morning flight out of Vienna - this is the best place to stay!
We had an early morning flight out of Vienna and opted to stay here. It is a basic hotel but the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and the bathroom is updated. Everything was clean. If you're looking for great customer service, room service etc. This is not the hotel for you. We got there late in the evening, they had a small café in the lobby where you can get basic sandwiches, pasta, drinks etc. The airport is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel - it's mostly underground with a short burst of over the ground - it made for convenience going to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early morning flight out of Vienna.

The room itself was fine, the facility was clean and well-maintained. However, the morning I left (super early) to catch my flight, I went to get one of the luggage carts at the front of the hotel (which I was told the night before I could just grab and go) I realized I had to pay 1 euro. That would have been fine, but I used up the last of my euros the night before because I had been told I could just take a cart. I went to the front desk and explained the situation to the woman behind the counter, and her response was 'did I tell you that?' When I told her no she went back to what she was doing like I wasn't standing there anymore. After a bit of back and forth with her and the other woman behind the counter, they gave me a euro. Well, the luggage cart rack didn't work, so I couldn't get one. I went back in and let them know and both women just looked at me and said okay and went back to what they were doing. They were incredibly rude.

We chose this hotel for easy access to airport which it has. Long check in line. Very small room and bathroom with thin towels, one tiny garbage can, but clean. Seems like a very basic hotel with hot pink accents to make it seem cool.

Perfect stay for a next day connecting flight. You can walk through a tunnel from terminal and just cross the street to the hotel. Quick checkout. Good buffet meals available if you don't have time or stamina for a restaurant.

The location is good for catching an early plan and direct pathway to the terminals. There is only one small garbage can, no hooks for hanging clothes in the bath room. The shower drain went very slow and always a pool of water when you finish the shower even you have the drain cover fully opened.

A clean and comfortable property with great breakfast. They were kind to let me into my room early - what a miracle!
Decor has a rather strange vibe - supposed to be hip but more like wild party.
Would be GREAT if hotel could provide VERY specific instructions on how to get there through the tunnel from the airport. It was hard to find and I couldn't speak German so I got lost and ended up walking on street with lots of luggage and buses zooming by. But I found my way!
Wish the front desk had instructions on how to get to the city center. I asked a couple of times - once the attendant brushed me off - but the next time someone was kind to write it down.
Despite these challenges, I would choose this location again.
