Iam coming to say that the male receptionist denied to call me a taxi , a 50 years old woman , coming to Brazil from another country and looking for a place to call a taxi for me , once my mobile phone network is from another country, I couldn't use my phone to make a call to a taxi service. I have no Uber app as well , I prefer the old school taxi , the one you call and it picks you up.
I asked the lady and the man at the front desk and both denied help, to call me a taxi.
I would never recommend a place like this.
I have a little hotel and would never do this to any human being.
