Very bad conditions in the room. No hot water, towels with traces of use from previous guests. Wi-Fi that constantly turns off.

Terrible hotel, very tired room, uncomfortable beds, terrible shower (very little cold water... no hot water available).
This hotel is suppose to have staff available 24 hours/day at reception however there were very noisy guests talking outside their rooms at 3am, and no staff available to solve the problem.
NEVER AGAIN!
THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS FOR THE SAME PRICE OR EVEN CHEAPER!

Spent a few "In between flights hours" at this place. Affordable price. Quiet area. Free transfer to/from GRU (contact to hotel is established with a hotel broker outside Terminal 2). Nice staff.

Excellent service , simple but good breakfast. The receptionist speaks English. They take you to the airport , it is included . worth the price.
