Very convenient and one of the staff very helpful and speaks Spanish

It’s a strange layout, limited reception and then long corridor to buffet room, on arrival stood for a good 15 mins waiting to be checked in, nobody around, when somebody eventually turned up they said they had a function and were understaffed and would be back in 5 to check me in! It’s just off the highway but nothing is within walking distance when it’s -12. Breakfast in the morning was a disappointment, hash browns were cold and chewy, frittata was tasty but cold and the sausages were so overdone on one side so when you bit into them you couldn’t chew through the gristle. In the morning Parab was great when I gave him some feedback but I doubt he is the decision maker. It’s not a bad place, rooms were ok, beds were a bit hard for my liking I just wouldn’t repeat in a rush!

Check in was great. I didn’t get the guys name but he was so pleasant. Room was very clean and bright.

The hallways were freezing, we had no hot water, the televisions weren’t working and it was like a dungeon on the first floor. They did nothing for us to make up for no hot water and no tv

We were in the area for the Taylor Swift concert and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the GO train which was perfect! It was also easily accessible from the 401 and had plenty of parking. The room was clean and quiet. We especially liked that there was no carpet!

The is hotel located close to the train tracks and a number of ramps so it can get noisy in the room. The hotel is older, but it kept very clean. Check in with Adam was great. Rooms are a little on the small side. the free breakfast was quite good and the attendants were there to help when needed which was nice. There was no pool or hot tub which was a surprise for a Best Western Plus. The stay was fine, but definitely not worth the $335 that I paid.

Dirty linen, dirty walls, not enough English muffins or bagels at breakfast both days, no fruit. Staff not helpful - disappear when you ask for something

Staff were polite and friendly, free breakfast and rooms were mostly quiet. The room temperatures were way too hot however, it was 20 degrees out and the room was set to 24. It was a little crazy. Other than that it was great, affordable, clean beds.
