I arrived to this hotel room at 10:35pm and the heat was completely turned off. The room was freezing cold all night. We turned the heat on but it never warmed the room up. HORRIBLE experience.

I’m a great location. Quiet. Breakfast was good. Was not very clean. Garbage all around the building on the ground. Garbage also in the building scattered around. Dirty.

when i first checked in there was no one at the counter, a man poked his head out and went and got a lady. I checked in and was put on the second floor which i did not understand as there was not many in the hotel as i could see from the empty parking lot. Shampoo and cream rinse was watered down and not shower soap. TV did not work i had to call front desk for them to fix it. Went to breakfast and there was no food left that was hot. i asked the man there and he said he would refill it but it was to late as i was off to work. Not the friendlies place.

Older building. Disappointed that the bathroom tub drained very slow. Should be an easy fix but don’t seem to matter.
Quiet stay though and bed was comfortable.

Overall I gave a 4 because its Midla d but really its a 3. I could see the garbage storage was fenced but they store bins of garbage outside the fence. Why have the fence? The lamp shade was damaged so was the bedside table. Maintenance is not a priority at this hotel. For example the sliding glass door didn't slide very well and it was very hard to open and close. The place smelt like a pool but there is no pool. Very damp and musty!
I would choose another hotel if I ever stay in Midland again.

I have been used Comford Inn for long time. They keeps their standard nicely. And dog friendly, too.this location is great place to staying.
