We reserved 2 rooms that were to be paid separately and they said it would be done on checkout but they didn’t do it and had already processed the checkout the next morning.

Room 130 is clean but with no sliding exit door.
More like a corner of the hotel is the room.
I also booked a room with 2 queen beds and was confirmed
But it turns out that it only has 1 queen bed.
The receptionist said no more rooms.
I told him but I booked and got confirmed with 2 queen beds. So I decided to take it since I was told that there wasn’t any more rooms available.
