Thank you for the excellent service. All the staff were amazing and curteous. The food was delicious and my room was exactly as I had expected by the photos. Zero complaints. I hope to be able to stay here again. 😊

Nice spot for a later checkin for wanting to sleep, easy parking by far we’ve had for most hotels here didn’t use amenities outside of room but would return when staying longer at the falls again

This was an ideal location for our activities. Across the street from Fallsview Casino, easy walk to the Falls, walking distance to Clifton Hills.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
A couple of items to improve on would be cleanliness of curtains - the rest of the room was clean; remote for the tv was a bit finicky, perhaps batteries needed to be replaced.

Parking included, older hotel, but renovated nicley, Small TV with only cable no streaming or movie channels. Pool clean, hot tub refreshing (Indoor pool) Outdoor pool was closed for winter. A bit annoying that you needed to be let into the pool area by staff each time, the card lock wasnt working, (or this is the way they controled the pool area as it seemed a permanent thing)

This is an "old-school" hotel, in an area surrounded by new upscale ones, The parking included is what sold me, and the fact it is directly across from the casino makes it awesome. The room was clean and recently renovated, but it still felt like an older building, The balcony is nice you dont get those much anymore. The TV was basic cable, no movie channels and it was only a 32" tv (small) we plugged our laptop in to stream and it was fine.
