Very nice!

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, as it was close to Old Québec, making it easy to explore the area. The place itself was very modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Nice place great with kids

Loved our stay in this loft. It was perfect distance from most attractions, from restaurants and cafés. Easy parking 12$ for 24h. The loft was clean and loved the brick walls, was cozy and had everything we needed to cook. Bring your own cooking oil if you plan to cook.would definitely recommend.

View from 4th floor was good but slope of roof cut into bed access. Headspace limited near windows. Steep narrow staircase made for a change with luggage.

This newly renovated apartment is lovely, well appointed and in a very convenient location for parking and for seeing all this magical city has to offer. I have already recommended it to another visitor.

Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very small with no space for clothes or a suitcase so we had to leave our clothes in the living room which was also very small. The property was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities like the full size fridge, toaster, tv etc..

the barbar shop downstairs (directly under this apartment) was playing extremely loud music the first night from 3am to 7am the next night it started again around 3am but I think the police were finally called to break up the dance party not okay - we were exhausted

Heat and air conditioner didn't work. The property management didn't even allow us to stay an extra 15 mins, to check out.

While the location was good, the loft itself was okay. Going by a previous review, it would be good for a couple of coffee pods or even dishwashing/washing machine pods to be provided. As far as the bed, it was hard as a rock. Good thing they had extra pillows because that's what I ended up putting down on the mattress in order to sleep. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Great setup. Really clean and comfortable. Easy to find and unload luggage. Parking nearby was easy too

Great location and walkable to most tourist attractions. Apartment is minimal furnished, no closets, hangers or anything else for clothes. A wine opener would also be a great addition

The loft is located at an amazing spot! It's so close to the walls through where you can enter the old Quebec centre - just a few steps away. The loft is spacious for two people, the kitchen and bathroom are super nice and well equipped. The bedroom is well sized and the bed sleeps super good. Also enough pillows and sheets were supllied. The only 2 things we would recommend for the bedroom is to buy a duvet cover, to use instead of using only sheets and to replace the hat with feathers above the bed with other decoration. In the washroom it seemed like the ventilation system didn't work, or at least the control didn't seem to work. For parking we would recommend the app "flowbird". You can get a discount if you park at least 2 days. Super nearby the apartment. Another thing we would recommend is the coffee at the Les Cafés du Soleil!!

Perfect for a family of 4 wanting to explore old Quebec. The unit was extremely comfortable , had everything we needed, and everything from there was walkable. Parking was right across the street. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful spacious apartment that's very convenient to the old town of Quebec City. It was easy to walk to from the bus station and close to many restaurants and historical sites. The apartment itself was very clean and everything was as described.
