I paid for 2 queens and was given doubles, ate at the restaurant there was hair in my fries. Blinds had holes in them, the beds were so horrible I didn’t even sleep the entire night. I would have left but I had my 3 kids with me. I tried to talk to the front desk about moving to. A proper room I paid for they didn’t care and they weren’t busy. I come this way a lot for kids sports events and I don’t think I’ll tell anyone to go there

Halls smelled like weed.
Dirty rooms.
We could hear the people upstairs walk and pee in the toilet.
Our food (breakfast/lunch) wasn't made the way we wanted it.
We went down to order dinner and it was closed at 7pm. They didn't notify us it was going to be closed.
The staff was rude.
Pool area is so cold.

When we arrived to our room it wasn't cleaned at all. Food boxes from the previous person, urine in toilet, beds undone. Terrible experience for new years with my fiancee. When we went to the front desk, the receptionist was not apolofetic/empathetic, she just acted as if it were no big deal and just a system glitch that the rooms changed in the system. When we got new room cards, we went all the way back to our new room with the luggage and the key card didn't work. Since there was no elevator, I had to go up and down the stairs 5 times before even getting into my room. With someone with bad knees, this was totally unacceptable and all they gave us was as a sorry was nothing, until I made a fuss. She then gave us complimentary breakfast, which we did not use. I stay at your hotels often, so I would ask that you refund my recent hotel stay at the least.

Walls are paper thin. Next room occupants were up at 3:30. Heard their conversations, their phone music and their tv. Sleep matters most when staying at hotels. Did not get a good night's sleep

Ramada turned me away as I did not have a credit card. I offered to pay a cash deposit. They would not accept it. I questioned by saying you would rather loose my business to another hotel rather than take a cash deposit? They cancelled my reservation and turned me away.
I had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites by IHG, the staff are very pleasent and more than willing to take my cash deposit.
I would not recommend Ramada to anyone

Nothing wrong with the stay for the price, clean room, and fresh sheets. My only complaint is the walls seem paper thin. The people in the room next to me were talking at a normal level and I could still hear everything they were saying crystal clear. It made it tough falling asleep.

Very inadequate bedding. Two sheets and one flimsy blanket are not enough in a northern country in December. Even with the heat on, we added our coats to the bedding in order to be warm enough to sleep.
There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Nor any plastic glasses for taking pills and cleaning teeth.
The refrigerator was so cold that it froze and ruined our fresh food.

I had reserved a 2 bed room, had confirmed my later check in time and when I arrived could only get a single bed for the 3 of us. We were beside a noisy ice machine and across from a very loud group of teenage hockey players who stayed up late. Very disappointed in the service I received. The dining room staff were exceptional.
