Nice clean room. Kids love the separate bunk area. The pool was a lot of fun. It was shallow enough for the kids to use the slide without floaties, which was a plus. Good breakfast. Would book again. Thanks for a nice stay!

Clean hotel. Easy parking. Small pool with a slide. Slide is quite fun actually. Toddler sprinkler area wasn’t working. Wasn’t working when we were there three years ago either. Good complimentary breakfast selection. Lots of places to eat around although there are no sidewalks so expect to have to jay walk and walk through a busy parking lot.

Hotel could not find our Expedia reservation. We felt that this was no one's problem. Had to show reservation number, email confirmation and credit card statement to show that reservation existed. Was hoping for faster solution. Were left not knowing what was going on with very technical explanations impossible to understand. A simple smile would have made a great difference.

The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was very minimal and little options. When I checked in, the night staff seemed new and not well informed. Did not guide me well. When checked out, the manager was not as amicable as expected. Felt more like a local type of hotel management than a big chain.

One particular front desk staff Murielle who was super rude with me on the morning of checkout. She was unaccomodating and rude when I asked for 30 extra minutes for checkout… th8s is after staying over for 6 nights

Even though the room is prepaid they still charge you $50 for potential damages but do not credit you upon leaving. They say it will take 5-10 days to be credited. If not credited you are responsible to go after your bank to claim a fraud charge. What a scam!!

We booked two nights' accommodation and found a lot of bedbugs on the bed that night. The hotel staff thought that the room was uninhabitable after they came to see it and gave us another room that night, saying that we could only stay for one night, but there was no room for us the next day. They ignored our booking for two nights, because it was a marathon weekend and there were no hotel rooms around. We were forced to live 30 kilometers away. Horrible experience

Overall the hotel was good. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend.
The breakfast was very basic, could use some improvements there. Not a whole lot of selection.
