This hotel locates by the West Lake and we have quick access (very close to the entrance) to the wooden trail surrounded the lake. Rooms we stayed on 19th and 20th floor are clean and very quiet. The service is the best as they anticipated your needs and go above and beyond to meet them. The response time to our requests are usually within 10-15 minutes. Same day laundry services.

Quiet and peaceful hotel by the lake. Good facilities such as swimming pool, gym, sauna. Comfortable bed. Have both bathtub and shower in room's toilet. Required to walk a little distance find food.

The hotel is a traditional Chinese style. I chose it is due to my memory in the past when it was just built. It was pretty and luxury. However, it didn’t keep up to the standard at present. I booked a non smoking room, but I can smell the smoke as soon as step out of my room, all over the hallway.

客房設施齊全，但枕頭有異味，可以再清潔一點。早餐選擇多，但味道有改善空間。有私家通道進入西湖公園，做法貼心，若有穿梭巴士往返酒店與東街口等旺區就更好。
