• Destination fee: COP 30000 per person, per stay. This fee does not apply to children under 4 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: COP 70000 per accommodation, per stay
• Service fee: 10 percent
• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa.
