You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.

The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of COP 25000 at check-out.
