Lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Close to Kings Lynn centre if you’re looking for some food or shopping. Can’t fault it. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is ok but it’s very old fashioned. It needs updating. The people are very friendly but the guest areas and rooms are decorated like something from the 1980s. Our room had a trouser press and one of those old fashioned box hair dryers. Functional but just outdated. The shower was impossible to regulate and was over a bath. Bars of hand soap were provided which again is just a bit old fashioned. The bed was comfortable and there was an easy chair in the room but the curtains weren’t lined so it was daylight from 7am and impossible to not get woken up. The shower also leaked and the bath panel was all bulging from being damp. For £105 a night excluding breakfast it was a bit expensive.

The property was clean with nice garden surrounds outside.. Took my dog with me was only charged 10.00 for the 4 nights.. Breakfast and dinner are offered nice little dining area... Depending on what you want to do there is bus stop near by to take you jnto kings Lynn.. No pubs near by but they do have a small pub in the hotel... We used it a a base and ventured out everyday so a good stay...

Staff are excellent. Checked in earlier than expected room was ready couldn’t ask for more.

We will be back, the food was excellent, the room was perfect as we looked over a garden, ideal as we had our small dog with us.

Property has a nice feel about it, every you need is there.

Pretty good in general. Shame the music was to loud at 10.30pm when I was trying to sleep. I feel the place needs some up grades in places.

Andel lodge looks good from the front but on a busy main road.Arrived at 5 pm knowing there was no breakfast and told that the bar was closing in ten minutes and restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings.The room was like a holiday camp chalet very basic with strange plumbing in the bathroom.We feel that the accomodation was over priced at £80 a night only worth £50 but the weather was great for our stay in Norfolk.😐😾

Room was clean and comfortable with great bath and bubble bath! There is some noise from the traffic on the road but at night it's nice and quiet. Access and checkin were easy Not sure if breakfast is currently available

A lovely little hotel still accommodating key workers through these troubled times

Nice bar area. Good idea to have outside rooms you can access direct from the car park at any time - we went to a late night party. Personally - I love the decor in the rooms. Also the imaginative use of space with a folding door to the bathroom. Nice garden with tables too

Walked into the property with an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, which continued throughout the hotel smell masked by air freshener. The check in was good. We booked a deluxe room but there was a problem with the window which is important to us to open, so we moved to room 6 looked ok, at least the windows opened unfortunately the windows looked as though they had never been cleaned from been fitted, the plastic not the glass. The room was old dated and shabby bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom same condition worn out. The food on the first night was poor, peppercorn sauce horrible. Ridiculously slow service, faulty towers comes to mind. Wine was good. Second night the food was very good nice gentleman looked after us, much better evening. Breakfast was quite nice.

Awful from start to finish and could not wait to get out. Room not clean. Bin not emptied. Linen old dated and tired. Place smelt of very old cooking oil. Front door was NOT the front door - you’ve got to hate that Write up and images on site DO NOT reflect what you’re subjected to.
