Crowne Plaza NOTTINGHAM, an IHG Hotel

I found the room rather small and dated but clean an amazing breakfast. the recrption area. Bar and breakfast area was lovely above all the staff were all friendly and helpful

Great staff, good food, lovely room, very comfortable but temperature too hot for us and unfortunately the aircon not working properly.

I booked this 2 nightvstat as part of a Christmas present. Felt let down , following a power cut unable to use the pool. This was the main reason for booking thos hotel, to use the pool and spa facilities. This was on 2 Jan. 3 Jan pool back open but the water was too cold, i mentioned it to the hotel but noone seemed interested. Also the hotwater was cold So all in all a very disappointing stay but disappointing too, as a Christmas present

Very nice hotel, stayed for one night. Pillows were a little uncomfortable though.

This was our second stay at this hotel as a family. We decided to come back again at the same time of year again as it was so lovely and festive for Christmas. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is so lovely and has great facilities. We will absolutely stay again next week for our festive family break.

We stayed for one night for a concert, it was a perfect central location. Walking distance to the Christmas market and shops. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and smelt incredible! We had a lovely stay

For a city centre location this is a remarkably friendly hotel. The staff go out of their way to make the stay an enjoyable one.

Sauna was closed and we were not made aware of it

Really quick great friendly checkin Room was really clean and very comfortable Breakfast selection was quality plus service and addition of a chef to make some breakfasts to order Dinner started off well professional but the delays on drinks and attentiveness despite being very quiet. Food was as expected so nice Overall stay short and sweet but good

Staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attendant to customer needs. Hotel food was great. Parking was easy and convenient relative other parking in the area.

Did get to know about air conditioning! Nothing told when booking in? A double or kingsize booked on arrive singles greeted us? Saturday clean wanted to know if she could clean our room I asked if she could wait till we was going out? We leafy hotel at 10.30am we return at 5pm only to discover our room hadn’t been cleaned?? All in all i believe I’ve been let down big style by the hotel?

The room was quiet. The interior of the room was very dark. The bedding for the pullout out bed was too small. It was clean and there was enough space for all of us.

Stay in Nottingham a few times a year on business and have used most of the gym equipped hotels in the city centre. In my opinion this is the best I've tried so far. Parking is super convenient and secure, nice gym facilities, wonderful breakfast service with amazing friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are a little dated and tired, but that would go for the other similarly priced hotels that I've tried in the area too. Will definitely be my first choice next time. Thanks
