This is now my forever hotel. Impeccable service from friendly and relaxed staff. Started even before we arrived with the concierge helping us with bookings. Fun and cozy decor great breakfast

It was an amazing hotel where staff went above and beyond to make our stay extremely special. Every detail was absolutely amazing . Could not fault anything . A very special stay !

Over the past 25 years or so, I’ve stayed at seven of the eight Firmdale hotels (some of them multiple times) in London…and loved every one of them. Not this time. Why? My room was beautiful, spacious, and in impeccable condition. I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Brumos, the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, there was a teen party with a DJ being held around the pool in the basement, and the bass was so thumping that I could not only hear it, I could feel it underfoot. At 11:15 pm (after several complaints to the front desk), I finally gave up trying to sleep, packed my bags, and moved to a different hotel. I’m astonished that what I consider to be the best hotel chain in the world allows a situation like this to develop. The comfort of your paying guests should be paramount, not offering obnoxiously loud parties for teenagers.

The decor is an exciting and a tasteful, visual feast for the eyes. Such a comfortable bed, with fragrant bed linen - I have never before experienced such luxury in a hotel Food is tasty Staff could not be friendlier nor more polite and helpful

The Haymarket is in a great location with well decorated, comfortable rooms. House keeping is exceptional. The indoor swimming pool area is stunning. The gym has what you need but is cramped. Fresh daily green or orange carrot juice is also delicious.

I LOVED the Haymarket Hotel! There is attention to every detail and then some! The decor style is fantastic...as well as incredibly warm and comfortable! The bed and linens were amazing creating a fabulous night sleep. Room service, maid service, front desk service, concierge...all top notch! 3 tube stops all within a 10 min walk and restaurants/bars/shops all very convenient and close to walk to all! I will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The property is very nice and it’s a good central location. However, they put us in an accessible room which we did not request. And even though it was considered an upgrade to our original reservation when I asked if we could have the room we booked they said they were sold out. I was disappointed and not happy having to deal with a low sink and bathroom that was meant for accessibility.

This property is owned by an interior decorator. It was lovely from pubic spaces to rooms. Service was excellent and attentive. Location was very convenient and safe. Definitely an A plus experience!

The hotel is updated& beautiful! The staff could not be more accommodating, friendly and attentive. The room's are very large with an amazing amount of storage for travelers. 2 well lit closets with shelf space & plenty of hanging room with hangers in addition to multiple dressers with drawers. I love to be able to unpack when I arrive & I couldn't even fill the amount of space given. The shower pressure was among the best I have ever had, including my home. The signature products they use - from room sprays to candles to shampoos & lotions - smell unbelievable. It was just a wonderful stay in the most amazing neighborhood. Theatersat your doorstep, literally, 5 minute walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, 2 minutes to Leicester Square and 10 minutes on foot to The Thames and London Eye. I would absolutely stay again without hesitation! If hard pressed, my only complaint would be the lighting in the room if you're trying to put on makeup for a special event. It's a little dark & the bathroom too bright. A plug-in light up magnifying mirror would have pushed my rating to over the 10 I already give it!

We had a wonderful stay at The Haymarket. Fabulous service with a wonderful bar and restaurant. We were given a room upgrade which was an unexpected treat! We will definitely be back. My new favourite London Hotel.

This property was convenient and walkable to the theater (Phantom of the Opera was across the street and another theater was next door) and surrounding activities - National Gallery was right around the corner and Buckingham Palace was approximately 15 minutes with a nice tree-lined walk. The hotel had fun colors and decor, but in a tasteful way, and the staff were SUPERB, especially the staff at the concierge desk. They went out of their way to help with anything and everything during our entire stay.

This was an excellent boutique style hotel. The staff was very attentive. It was like having a personal assistant. Beds were very comfortable and the shower/ toilet was very big with bidet and plenty of towels.
