Friendly reception staff, very friendly breakfast staff and excellent hot breakfast constantly topped up with lots of variety. Thoughtful and careful about gluten-free options.
Bed sinks in a little and some burn marks on carpet in 207, good level of cleanliness and cleaner in main areas excellent and thorough.

Horrendous stay, Aircon heater not working in the room so freezing , worse was being woke up at 1:34am from accessible bathroom alarm blaring out , and phone ringing and someone banging the hell out of the room door!.
I was fast asleep, until the alarm went off by itself….
And finally called everyone off…
Spent rest of night listing to beeps all night….

Service could've improve little better, i mean no matter any number of guest take rooms, i dont underground logic of putting 1 tea bag and 3 coffee sachet and 2 milk. Not bothered to ring reception as i rang mutiple times to get support to connect wifi. Understand they might be busy. Otherwise i am happy with the stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights & we have been told there is no room service or cleaning available during our stay because of Christmas hiw pathetic...! No tiolet rolls no toilet clening brush no washed towels for 3 nights...😡

A lovely welcome on arrival. The room was spacious, clean with comfy beds. Coffee and tea facilities provided. The en suite was also a great size with a large easy to use shower. Plenty of variety of food/drink items at Breakfast. Check out quick and easy. A lovely large foyer with bar if you want to relax downstairs.

All the staff are lovely and are extremely helpful in accommodating guest needs. Sharon, Leanne and Joanna were especially helpful and are a great team. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The breakfast had brilliant choices and the food was lovely. The location was perfect for Chorley, Preston and Bamber Bridge. We will be coming back.

A really good hotel, service and room cleaning very good. Fantastic breakfast with good selection. Only downside was there was no childrens menu and evening meal choice was very limited. Bar selection of drinks was also very limited.

i booked a double room a week in advance, when arriving at the hotel was advised that there wasn't any double rooms left and i would be supplied with a single bed in a twin room! which resulted in a terrible nights sleep
