Conveniently located near the airport and underground tube the facility has good vibes and staff is very cordial with the guests. We liked our room except for the extra bed which was very difficult to sleep on for the 3rd person.

As a woman traveling on her own safety was my first priority. I felt extremely safe, and well taken care of, and plenty of vegan choices at the restaurant. Of highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

Standard room with a double bed and a made up sofa bed booked for 3 adults.
Clean room, efficient check in and great for 1 night - ideally located to Heathrow Terminal 3. Had to call reception and ask for more coffee/tea/milk etc as not enough for 3 people but they supplied very quickly!

Our second stay here late at night before catching a morning flight, and the second time the room was not made up for 4 people. Very disappointed that once again we had to wait a considerable time for someone to come and make the sofa bed up. Which was also uncomfortable according to our children.

Stay away!!!!! The hotel is old and dirty. The staff are rude. The bathroom smelled of urine. One of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Great hotel and great stay, I would say parking is terrible, I think the car park is shared with another business and after visiting the Harry Potter studio with 2 young children, returning at 9pm the only space available was quite a distance to walk, alone in the dark as a single woman with 2 children was not pleasant.

Great airport hotel for one night stay. Very modern and comfortable. Only negative is a lack of shuttle to terminals. You have to book with a third party.

Very quiet, comfy and great for the airport the next morning. Wish there was more food nearby by their restaurant smelled good and we just walked an easy 15 minutes down the street to McDonalds

Very pleasant check in, room was clean and spacious, however it was on the ground floor adjacent to the car park.
It had a basement feel to it.
Airconditionong constantly cut out through the night and needed to be restarted. Could not open the window as we were adjacent to the carpark.
Next time we would request a room on an upper level.

Pretty good hotel. The breakfast was very good but was basically the same everyday. The stsjff was friendly but did not get every right at checkin.
The hotel price was reasonable.

Cannot fault this hotel. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff from reception to restaurant staff and housekeeping. It was a pleasure to be around them.
