The staff was amazing. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about everything a traveler needed to know. There was not a single question that went unanswered. And believe me I had a lot of questions!!

Location is great. Many shops, bars and restaurants around. Very close to Hyde park, walking distance to Paddington station. Friendly staff. Rooms are really clean. Continental breakfast worth the money.

Check in was smooth and we managed to check in to our room before 2pm as the room is ready when we arrived around 12pm. Friendly receptionists too. Recommended.

The staff was so nice. The location is strategic and safe. It just that my room was in basement so no view at all. And the kettle was broken (my bad that I didn't complain) but perhaps they should check before someone check in.

The sign says the hotel almost can't see the lift broken by a robber as a police intercepted.
