Staff are amazing! Rooms and spa was immaculate. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get hot water, I know they are thermostatically controlled but the temperature was Luke warm at best . This however didn’t spoil the experience.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you! Fab location with a 4 minute walk to Covent Garden and easy reach to theatres.

Had a wonderful time with everything. The bell service and Eli were great from the moment we arrived and everything else fell into place. The room service group and breakfast group were fantastic. Thanks to all of them.

A most enjoyable first time staying at the Savoy Hotel. Couldn't fault it for cleanliness and the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We dined in the Savoy grill and the riverside restaurant of which both were faultless and the food was wonderful

An amazing experience and it makes you realise how a hotel should be run. For me a once in a lifetime as it is not cheap!.

Loved it all. Particularly liked the residents sitting area with comp drinks prior to checking in. Lovely touch . Everything was top notch.

The savoy is just the best. A little disappointed that I couldn’t get a drink on Sunday evening after 9.30pm without buying a meal.

It was absolutely stunning, don’t have one complain. First class hotel. Best high tea I ever had. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very very clean. It’s what I kind of expected and it was even better. My husband and daughter just had high tea there tonight! They loved it!!!

Great hotel. Excellent staff. Great breakfast including a fabulous vegan breakfast. Usually stay at Sofitel St James but this location near Covent Garden was terrific

The Savoy exceeded every expectation! Excellent location, being close to shopping, restaurants and theater. The entire hotel exuded old British glamour--esthetically pleasing, spotless, spacious--absolutely stunning! The restaurants were fabulous, with the American Bar being especially endearing. We were pleased with the Luxury King Room, which was quite large with an amazingly comfortable bed. Last, perhaps most importantly, the service was outstanding! This hotel is one of the best in which we've ever stayed and we look forward to returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at this hotel. Awesome staff, easy reach to shops, restaurants and attractions, and above all good sized rooms. I am already making plans to stay at this beautiful hotel during my next trip in 2025.

From the moment my son and I arrived to the moment we left the Staff; Valets (Totally Awesome), Front Desk Waiters , Waitresses, even the Maids were nothing short of Amazing First-Class People! I highly reccommend if you want to feel like Royalty and have some of the best meals you'll ever have stay at the Savoy!

We loved the stay at the hotel with exception that the Jr. Suite they gave us did not have a tv that was visible from the bed and our window faced a brick wall.
