Convenient and great location!

Had an amazing time at the hotel , food and location is prime but only had one major hiccup on part of Expedia . They double booked me without my knowledge and I was only able to find out after one of the hotel clerks noticed / informed me! Unfortunately it was beyond the free cancellation period and was informed i was going to be charged for an extra room that i never purchased or would be staying in because I was already checked in to my current room . I’m hoping I won’t be charged for this ghost room that was double booked on expedias part . Other than that the place is perfect and would definitely return but will avoid using Expedia by any means

Amazing location! Very close to the Trocadero (and museums) where you can enjoy an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. I was an overnight stay but I will pick up this hotel again for museums visit and shopping around.

The manager had poor customer service skills and did meet my needs or concerns. I had to edit my full statement to meet the conditions set by Expedia to post this message.

My stay at the Canopy was excellent. All staff was friendly, clean rooms, and walking distance to shops, resturants, and the infamous Eiffel Tower. I would definitely recommend and return!

Hotel dining; food and drinks VERY expensive!

Our stay at the Canopy could Not have been better! The staff was over the top amazing and accommodating and made us feel right at home. The location is in a great little neighborhood and super close To the Eiffel tower. Amazing experience all around!

I like the location.

This hotel was wonderfully located and was easily walkable to several places. It had an easy walk to the subway, Hop On / Hop Off, and a readily available taxi queue. Take my word about more expensive restaurants located around the Eiffel Tower just down the street from us. There are others in the opposite direction with very similar menus and much friendlier service. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was much like the complimentary kinds in the States. And lastly, how Europeans can go without ice is beyond belief as it took extra steps to get any for our room.

Great staff

Everyone was super friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and how to find the grocery store. If ever anything was needed, service was prompt and courteous. With so many properties to choose from, I'm beyond happy we chose the Canopy for our first trip to Paris. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and the team was kind enough to leave us a sweet note and provided a few refreshments. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro. The starting point for many of our excursions were in this area so it was very convenient. The only opportunity I'll mention is the TV. English speaking channels are minimal and you can't cast to the TV from your device. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room but it would have been nice to have a better selection or be able to use some of our streaming products. Overall, we're very satisfied with our stay.
