It is a lovely hotel with a very good location. On the weekend I also noted there is a Farmer's Market down one of the connecting streets.

Very clean and spacious hotel in a very pleasant area of Paris. On the outskirts but a few minutes to metro line which very quickly takes you to centre of Paris. Price for hotel excellent with breakfast which offered a very good selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Providing water for making hot drink is paramount for me. When I called reception , I was told to buy it from first floor machine and have no change available. Further, I paid for the entire accommodation before I
Came to hotel, and when I checked out I was charged again for city tax!!!! What is it for. Also, when I checked in I had to provide my credit card details!!! Why? If I had already paid and have no intention of eating from the hotel menus!!!! This practice is not acceptable.

-Room fan was noisey so I didn't get much sleep.
-Had to leave at 645am on the last day to catch a train, and the staff forbid me from having a simple bowl of ceral from the buffet despite that fact it was all set up and ready to go. Pathetic customer service.
-The lifts were mostly out of order for the whole 3 days.
The barman at the bar was a good guy - rest of it was not good and I won't be going back.

Overall, good place to stay. Took too long to check in..why ?? Also, blocked sink could not be fixed until much later in the day.Slow on service but generally, good staff. Nice an clean.
