The hotel was great...hotels.com was not. They took my reservation when the hotel was already full so I arrived at 11 pm after an international flight to find out I had a reservation but no room! Thankfully the employees were understanding and extremely helpful. They not only called around to check for availability at other hotels but after that didn't work they started checking with guests with reservations that had not yet arrived and found someone who was not able to make it that night. Otherwise, I would not have had a room and would have had to search farther away to find another hotel.

Excellent location and hotel to stay.
Great facilities but just needed more cleaner toilets and shower room as the toilets were out of paper and very dirty for more than a day.

The room was a little tiny but extremely clean !!! The lady at check in and check out was great too . Very helpful ! I highly recommend this hotel . Only a little bit away from the airport and there was no shuttle

dorm style means shared bathrooms! great to crash between flights--THIS IS NOT THE LOCATION WITH AIRPORT SHUTTLE which I learned the hard way due to language barrier at the airport.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This place is infested. We checked in late night and left in the middle of the night. My bed was crawling with bugs. One of us was so covered with bites he spent a day at the hospital as there were infected. We missed one of our Olympic sessions and have not had a response to our email. They said they would refund us and I am still waiting. Hotels should not be advertising this hotel, they should take responsibility for the hotels they sell to their customers. Disgusting from beginning to end.

Expectation was disappointing
Poor services... mosquitos all over .. after paying all that money only to find out the pictures online were fake. Not worth it . The heat in the room was terrible. Bathroom was bad. Sad the owner doesnt care cos prostitutes use that place for quick sex n go .

You get what you pay for. Close to CDG airport but taxi was 35 Euro/23 Euro for an Uber (each way). Shared bathrooms, no towels provided, no A/C. It’s do-able and better than crashing at the airport, just don’t expect much.

This place was a good place to sleep and that’s pretty much it. They tried to make me pay twice. There’s not much to do around it and it’s forever away from paris. The facility itself is okay, but the service was a little odd and awkward.

There was no presentation on the website of the hotel or hotels.com indicating that the rooms have no toilettes or showers in them .. NO SOAP or towel provided!!! This is outrageous during a health emergency / pandemic.
I absolutely WILL NOT be using this hotel or any other facility that resembles it.

two downs for me... staff does not speak one word in English or Spanish or any other helpful language they dont even try. The lady in the front abruptly told me ''i dont speak english!!!'' as i tried to tell her i had a reservation. Expect to pay for an uber to get to the place and leave because there is not other way of getting there or leave at 5am in the morning for an early flight. Price of the uber was around 18 euros one way. Not bad for the price of the place. If you are willling to pay for an uber, a 3 euro towel (in case you dont hve any with) and use a portable toilet, then you should be fine considering it is the cheapest option close to the airport.
