Amazing location for staying in Angers. Nice room. The check in service was very nice but a woman was a bit rude when she would yell at me in the morning to get my room number when I left for the day which I thought was a bit weird. The location is great as within a 10 min walk to most attractions.
Angers is really lovely and would highly recommend visiting

Pleasant and efficient check-in.
Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele.
Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why.
Rooms recently renovated. Adequately furnished and equipped.
Location near the rail station makes the hotel ideal for an overnight stay.
Staff very pleasant and happy to help.

Nice and clean, which is most important to me but can hear everything in the rooms adjacent to mine. Also, I’m medium height for a woman and I couldn’t sit straight on the toilet since there was no room and had to sit sideways in the single room.

Tres bon hôtel central. Des petits déjeuner excellents et variés. La chambre etait spacieuse, ageable et bien décorée. Un bemol sur l'absence de VMC qui favorise une forte humidité dans la sdb et la chambre. Si vous etes senibles au bruit, la fontaine de la gare reste active de nuit. Ceci dit, un tres agreable séjour.

Las personas que te reciben son muy gentiles y amigables. Están super atentos a tus necesidades, yo tomé la opción de desayuno incluido y fue la mejor decisión que pude haber tomado. Tenía gran variedad y estaba delicioso.

Pour montrer au 5 étage,il faut prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au 4 étages, après avec tout le bagage il faut prendre l'escalier, souvent l'ascenseur est bloqué dans les étages,il faut montrer pour la chercher.
Dans la chambre,rien même il n'y a pas même une bouteille d'eau,la femme de ménage, à rangée les services sales au lieu de les changer, en mettant le côté sale à l'intérieur, Je n'ai jamais vu ça et pourtant je voyage beaucoup.

Le confort et la propreté de la chambre est bonne, par contre pour le petit déjeuner, c'est très médiocre.
Machine a café à moitié en rade, très peu de choix dans la nourriture qui est de qualité très moyenne.

Nuit passée dans cet hôtel très bien situé. Attention face à la gare et proche de restaurants donc du mouvement et du bruit le soir et la nuit. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer s'il fait trop chaud comme c'etait notre cas.
Spot eclairant la façade de l'hôtel proche de la fenetre jusque minuit donc de la lumière.
Partenariat hotel/parking interessant mais il n'est possible de ne passer qu'un seul ticket de réduction et on ne nous l'avait pas dit donc au final on a payé le parking plus cher que ce que nous avions imaginé.
Cependant accueil tres sympathique par le personnel et petit dejeuner complet.
