Great area and very clean

Hotel Julianna was the perfect place for a perfect trip to Paris. Very romantic and such a good location. We highly recommend this Hotel.

My stay at Hotel Juliana was exceptional. Despite being fully booked, the staff made us feel completely cared for, showing true dedication even when things didn’t go smoothly. When the coffee machine broke mid-breakfast with a room full of guests, they quickly found a way to serve everyone, and the coffee was as delicious as ever. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of tempting options, and the breakfast server was calm, efficient, and always had a smile. The front desk staff and concierge were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I had mistakenly booked for the day before my arrival, and my booking was non-refundable through Expedia. However, they stepped in to prevent a no-show cancellation and ensured my room was perfectly ready upon arrival. The hotel’s location is prime, within walking distance of everything, and the decor throughout is stunning. They offer a great mix of room sizes, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the bathrooms are bright and spacious. My family and I will definitely be returning!

Not a 5 star hotel. If you have a high standard for luxury 5 star hotel, this place will disappoint you to the core. Hotel staff lacks finesse and professionalism, no consistency in service, terrible housekeeping that will pretend to clean the room and leave you with a dirty room instead. I would think twice before booking this hotel, you have SO MANY options in Paris to choose from to receive proper, high quality hospitality. Don’t fall for their false advertisement of misrepresenting themselves as “5 star hotel”. Their standard is non existent, nothing is up to par to 5 star hotel experience. Very disappointing stay, what a waste of $$$.

Excellent service. Both concierges (Roy and Emmanuel) went above and beyond. They were attentive and very helpful. This is a five star hotel. Do not hesitate to book. I was able to book at the last minute and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very comfortable and had a lot of extra amenities. (great sheets)

I recently stayed at Juliana Hotel, a five-star hotel that, unfortunately, failed to meet even the basic expectations one would have from such an esteemed establishment. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its prime location, which offered easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. However, the positives ended there. Service was terrible we were greeted by 2 men (unbelievably unprofessional) who looked like they did everything in the hotel. From tagging our luggage, bringing it to our room, checking us in, and getting an iron to the room. It made absolutely no sense. When we arrived at our room we were greeted with a lack of cleanliness that was simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of such a high standard. There was a bug on our floor with maggots. Disgusting. There are no amenities. The rooftop is terrible, the bar is self-service, and just overall terrible. It is amazing that this establishment can call itself a 5-star hotel. Despite the hotel’s luxurious branding, the overall atmosphere felt more chaotic than serene, which is not what I envisioned for a high-end experience. In summary, Juliana Hotel was a massive letdown. With so many options available, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a truly luxurious experience. The location may be great, but it’s not enough to make up for the poor service and lack of attention to detail. This hotel is certainly not deserving of its five-star rating.
