No Airconditioning, No room service. Staff never picks call, always you have to go to reception. No lift in hotel you have to carry your heavy bags on stairs. No support from staff.

An unpleasant smell in toilet ,excellent breakfast ,clean big room with comfortable double bed and a not so warm réception!Overall a good impression of our stay in this hotel.Only some details to improve!

Looked forward to "French cuisine": Horrible quality at the Brasserie. Dinner: Steak uneatable/unchewable even after 2nd try. Breakfast: Uncooked bacon and scrambled eggs like porridge swimming in water.... (How do you kill an egg...?) Room/hotel: A bit tired, but ok. No kettle, no fridge. Parking: VERY secure and spacious parking. Pool: Ok, but shower b4 getting into the pool did not work. Ps: I travel a lot, retired now from a Quality Mgr for large travel chain (part of Expedia) - and this is the 1st BAD review I'm making...

Imagine if u have luggage and no lift then your room at 2nd floor..

This is not the usual Novotel standard - the manager was too busy on his laptop to notice we had arrived and then we had to stand and wait until he was finished (the reception) is a table in the middle of the dining room…our food order was wrong and not very good….

A very arrogant and unwelcoming check in. Impossible to locate check in staff, was shown to a person looked like another guest working on his laptop, who only replied with a “qui”??? Really the worst service I’ve received on any hotel for a long time! Also a very worn down hotel, which in my opinion doesn’t match what was promised.

We arrived at the property after driving the whole day 800km, we arrived with 2 young kids (3yo and 1yo). The lady at the reception was very friendly and knew we had a long journey. She explained me everything and informed me about all the possible options (amenities, dinner and activities). I take the card and go for the room, at the end of the a veeeeery long corridor, as I saw that they had many guests I can understand that we have the last available room (I booked the day before). We could not enter the room because the card was not working, back for a long walk to the reception leaving my wife with the kids. They update the card and finally we can open the door to discover that the room is laready occupied, there was inside the room, a stroller, some clothes and food, so apparently a family was already occupying the room. Back again to the reception to explain the situation. The lady at the reception apologized but not really in a customer/traveler service way. She gave us immediately a new room, on the first floor in a property with no lift. So We are with 2 exhausted kids, a stroller, luggage and a stair to climb with all this, this was not really a good experience. Plus : The property looks nice, it's really a property family friendly and there was a lot of families with kids so we felt comfortable. I would not recommend the place for singles or couples without kids as there is almost only family with kids and tourist groups so it can really noisy in the common areas

Difficult to find the reception... otherwise staff friendly. Nice garden with swimming pool. Safe parking.

Very clean and comfortable

Overall atmosphere of the hotel is good, there is a pool, nice area for kids and a playground, the rooms however are not up to Novotel standards and would be more appropriate to be ranked as 3-star hotel. The only exception in the room is the 50" LCD television

Social distancing difficult to respect while the hotel keeps on providing continental breakfast buffet as usual without specific measures except hand gel. Most of the hotel recently visited had adapted their breakfast offer: individual packages, thus with a limited offering, but with consideration of social distancing.

Good service and practical accommodations, but state of rooms poor and unwelcoming.

Nice hotel with plenty of parking. Room was exactly what I’d expect from a Novotel - light, airy and spacious. Had dinner sat outside - good menu and great food. I’d definitely return here.

Convenient location if you're heading back on the freeway. The restaurant was surprisingly very good and the service was great. The hotel is pretty basic as expected from a Novotel but we had no concerns and the staff was pleasant.

Nice enough stay, Service could be a little better. Long wait to be served at the bar and then a barmaid who never smiled or looked like she wanted to be there

The Room was as expected from a Novotel, was basic, clean and neat - perfect for a nights stay. We were out of town and had been driving all day so decided to stay at Novotel for dinner, the food was appalling!

Great hotel for a pass through. I pre-purchased the breakfast option and am so glad I did. I am from the US and the majority of breakfast buffets there are horrible and not worth eating even if free. This Novotel was amazing and I am not kiddding when I say I would go there simply for the breakfast. It is rated as a 4 star and I think ratings are different over here perhaps. In US it is a very good 3 star...very clean room with fantastic service but on the small side. Hope that helps

Expensive for an average hotel outside of town in an industrial estate. Rooms tired, restaurant choice limited. About 50% more than I would expect to pay for a basic but adequate hotel. However the nearby Cite De L'Automobile is fantastic.
