I had a 10-hour layover and needed a hotel room, so my children could catch some much needed rest.
The room was clean, welcoming and comfortable - though it was also quite tiny. The staff were amazing, and checking in and out was a beeeze.
The hotel is just 10 minutes from CDG Airport and we got a taxi quite easily from the airport.
Overall, a very nice experience.

I have stayed in this property several times in the past and I chose it for my likings. Staff is friendly.
The computer facility for Guests was not working. I could not print my boarding pass (computer was defunct); I had to request reception of another Hotel for help and kindly they printed!!
Thus management should improve infrastructure facilities

Very cramped rooms, and when you add in the cost of the airport shuttle, this is low value for money. It would be the same cost for a family to stay at a hotel attached to CDG rather than transit to/from Premier Classe Roissy, which does not have any amenities.
Staff are nice, but also note that there is no left luggage/bagagerie for guests to use. And, the hotel does not respond to emails.

Good value for money for an overnight stay. Also good breakfast for 8 Euro pp. However, note that the shuttle only operates till 9 am--and we wanted to leave at 11:30 am. So Uber'd instead.

Staff was very nice and super helpful. Even with the language barrier they still yried thwor best to help. I needed a room an extra night, al though they didnt have extra rooms. Stafg helped me with finding a new hotel. And also another stagg helped get a taxi back to the airport

This hotel was a very good price but you definitely don’t get a lot. A tiny bathroom and room in general. But it was clean at least. I would recommend for a one night stay before flying out of CDG. We had to take an Uber because the shuttle only ran from 6am-9am and then again at 5pm.

This hotel is well located. Close to the airport and adjoining hotels with restaurants. This is not a luxury hotel despite it's "First Class" name. It's rooms are small and efficient. It is quiet with double windows that keep out the aircraft noise. It's parking and breakfast fees were reasonable. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Cramped room.We stayed on the 4th floor and had to take 2 different elevators tp get tp our room.Few towels and lousy soap.A spartan accomodation.
