We have stayed here a few times now, as it is a dog friendly hotel within easy driving ditsance to and from the Port of Calais.
Food is excellent, rooms clean, and a good safe situation on the outskirts of Rouen.

Very friendly staff we were made to feel most welcome. We booked it only 30 minutes before arrival and we found it incredibly welcoming after a long journey. Only the shower let it down as it sprayed all over the bathroom floor.

Easy access from motorway and friendly welcome. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Dining offered choices for starters, mains and dessert and petit dejunier (breakfast) offered choice of fruit, cereals and bread products.
The only thing missing was it does not offer tea/coffee facilities in the rooms

Welcoming reception and clean room with good facilities. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not available and showed that it is only open on Monday and Thursday. They provided a map for a local restaurant within 10 minutes walk and this was very good.

The receptionist seemed efficient and was very cheerful but had trouble finding our booking, made a week beforehand. You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation and very basic room. The hotel is obviously popular with holidaymakers in transit. Late arrivals kept us awake. Corridors are echoing and there is little soundproofing between rooms. The bathroom was in a flimsy plastic pod with an awkward step up from the bedroom. Breakfast did not start until 7.30. We left early.

Tried to contact the hotel to say that our check in would be late due to traffic and Eurotunnel delays on the UK side. Nobody spoke English on reception. Had to contact Expedia to get anywhere. The hotel was unwilling to accommodate our late check in and we were offered no refund by the hotel. Expedia were very helpful to arrange alternative accommodation.

The hotel was fine and convenient stop en route to Calais (if one can have a convenient stop in Rouen!). However, when we arrived on the Sun eve after a 10 hour drive to find the restaurant closed! Not good! Fortunately, there are a couple of restaurants nearby which helped but it meant getting back into the car again when all we wanted was a drink and something nice to eat. having said that when we have stayed before and the restaurant was open the food was good. Check before you book would be our advice. Area is quiet and the staff pleasant.

Always stay here now enroute from Calais. A nice quiet area of Rouen, and very easy to find from the motorway. Staff and food are great (restaurant only open weekdays). Excellent value for money, though, admittedly, the ensuite bathroom 'pods', although immaculately clean, are starting to get a wee bit tired.

Lovely hotel on north side of Rouen. Probably too nice for a simple stopover as we did but would be great if visiting the city.
Great food and very pleasant service.
Only real downside was no air conditioning in rooms which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Overall a nice hotel.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable and no complaints, however the bathroom shower screen seal appeared to be faulty and water ran down the screen and on to the floor. There was no hairdryer either in the bathroom or bedroom as advertised on Hotels.com web information, this is the second time visiting this hotel this has occurred. The restaurant has not been open for dinner on a weekend the same last 2 visits. Someone is obviously getting this information or service wrong. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which would be available at the likes of Kyriad and Campanile and for a hotel that would class itself as more superior seems strange.

Standard twin room a little tight around the hips for a couple with luggage. Beds firm and comfortable. Small niggles were that the lift, smoking room and ventilator for bathroom are unavailable after 11pm. All offset by first class food in the restaurant and helpful staff. Retail park with supermarket and reasonably priced fuel 2 minutes away. Will return.
