Very charming little hotel with a great location. Rooms were comfortable and cutely decorated. We could hear some street sounds but not too bad. The hotel staff was really nice, particularly the young man working early in the morning.

Had an unusual issue with our door not shutting all the way but they fixed it immediately! Gentleman at the front desk was very prompt and took our concerns very seriously even though he was busy with the hotel being sold out. Lots of good food, shopping, transport, and sights just a short walk away.

Spacious room which was about the only good thing. There was black mould in the bathroom, which as we all know is a serious health risk. The rooms were not sound proof, could hear every footstep above and noise from outside. Also the thermostat was not user friendly. Would not stay again.

We had a room On 5th floor and the heating system didnt work very well pn that floor so room was cold as it was -4 outside.
We did secure a heater from reception but feel the whole floor would be in the same issue

The room was so noisy every night until 3 am, people screaming on the streets, thin windows, street sweepers/trash trucks at 6 am. The headboard was peeling apart. Plus, right now there are two large buildings next door that are in construction.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Our room was excellent. The biggest down side is the location. There is heavy construction at the end of the block and our driver could not let us off in front. A little sketchy at night. Once you walk around all the contruction, the hotel was very near Karlzplatz and the Hop-on-Hop-off start.

Absolute dump. Horrible customer service. Paid money for a breakfast I wasn’t able to eat, as it was over by 10am (nobody told me the time for breakfast when checking in). Inflexible- check out at 11 and by 10:45 my keycard stopped working. Hotel had a massive water leak in the entrance, which froze and turned to ice. Sketchy AF neighborhood. Felt unsafe. If you are Jewish or LGTBQ : stay away from this place, you aren’t welcomed in the neighborhood.

I had stayed here before and did return, We had a one night stay and the hotel was good and the staff were excellent. It is close to the main train station and there are a few strip clubs up the street so the outside noise went through most of the night. Closing the windows worked well to keep the noise out.

Very close to the train station and only about 10 minutes to Marienplatz. Our room was large, with lots of storage and a big bathroom. An alcove served as a makeup station, or would also be a great desk. We enjoyed their generous breakfast one morning of our stay. The desk staff as exceptionally helpful, and even printed out our revised rail schedule for us.

Very well located within Munich City Centre and 2minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is well maintained and the room I was allocated towards the back of the hotel was very spacious, comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options. Thank you.

We had a sick person who needed to get to their room and the front desk took no account and required 15 minutes for check-in process. Then accused us of having three people in our room instead of two, because a friend helped us get the sick person to their room. When I asked what time I should arrange a cab for my morning flight, this same person told me he could estimate that until he knew the traffic the morning of my flight. Then he explained I had to schedule the cab a day in advance. What a difficult person!
