Very nice hotel with a very nice staff and nice room.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The young lady at check in was so friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was a very good size and so clean! They even upgraded our room which was a massive bonus so thank you for that. Breakfast was great as well. Loads of choice and all very tasty and fresh. The staff were great replacing items that run out and clearing tables quickly.
The hotel is in a great location too. 30 second walk from the U bahn and only a few stops from the main shopping area. There's also some good shops nearby for any bits you need. Quiet location too
We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Munich.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was perfect for 2 people and beds comfy, room clean. Located literally right next to the train station for the U bahn and S bahn, so it was super easy to get around. We went for Oktoberfest and it was a perfect spot to stay for it, only a couple stop ride to the city center. There are restaurants and places for food next door and a DM shop to pick up essentials down the street. I would definitely stay here again!!

The room was clean , breakfast is not a continental one but it is good, the location is near the metro station, 15 min far from the center, and to the central station, it is very convenient. The staff is very careful.

The set-up is simple with a reception and restaurant/bar, but it’s perfect for a central stay in Munich. The rooms are clean and modern and it’s one of the best value for money hotels at a higher standard that I’ve stayed in - and all of that during the busy period of Oktoberfest (which is walking distance)

We stayed here for Oktoberfest and had a great stay. The location was perfect-close to the S & U tram stations and walking distance to Oktoberfest. The rooms were nice but could use some updates- there were marks all over the walls & no fridge in our room, also would be nice to have separate shampoo, conditioner & body wash instead of one for everything. The breakfast was wonderful!! I'd stay here again when traveling to Munich.

I stayed here seven years ago and booked again under the basis of proximity to the metro and its comfort. It was good and I will stay again, but two things I did not appreciate:
The price for breakfast is different depending who you ask and where. I've seen quotes from 16 to 24€, they need to get on the same page or it's just a scam. It's 16€ at the property btw, make sure you're not getting overcharged.
I also saw a couple try to get some coffee and get turned away because they didn't order full breakfast and coffee was only for breakfast purchasers -- I'm sorry, what? I think when you market yourself as a 3- or 4- star hotel you can afford to give your customers some coffee for the money they spend. Bad look.

The hotel is slightly far out of the central Munich area in a quiet suburban apartment district. The room was perfectly fine for one night, even if the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The condition of the room could be improved - basic furnishings, some damage to the walls, hastily repaired. Would not have enjoyed for a second night.

The room itself was alright but it was not clear that breakfast was not actually included. They mentioned the time for breakfast but not the price (18 eur per person) and asked for our room number when we entered the dining area but no mention of the price at that point either. The breakfast was extremely overpriced for what it was and the price only became apparently as a surprise during check out. The fine print regarding this on their page on hotels.com that is easy to miss.

Curtains do not close properly, letting lots of light in. Bring an eye mask.
No cold running water in sink, just scolding hot water.
