The Hotel is convenient because it is close to the airport. Only meal offered is breakfast. There is a catch with parking: it is free to park on the spots outside, but when you enter the garage it is EUR 17. There is a sign, but you cant see it in the dark.

I didn't stay at this hotel as my flight to Stuttgart on 19/07/24 was cancelled due to the global IT outage. Nevertheless, Expedia keeps sending me emails about leaving a review so I am doing so to put an end to those. Clearly, I can't give an honest appraisal of this hotel having never been there - so went 3* all the way.

The staff was Great, the house keeping staff are very friendly, and go the extra mile to help. Aleza I believe that was her name was extremely helpful and Nice. They made our trip extra Special. I'll be making this my hotel for Europe stays

Very friendly staff

The Good: The Staff, especially in the bar, were exceptionally professional, helpful, and, most of all friendly. The Okay: The room wasn't particularly spacious, and the only place to sit was one rather uncomfortable chair at the desk...or on the bed. The Odd: No shower door. You had to be very careful not to get water all over the toilet, and you had a puddle of water outside the shower when you were finished, no matter what. The Bad: Without notice, and despite the "do not disturb sign," the staff (and/or contractors) entered the room to replace the mattress (n.b., the old mattress was quite comfortable, the new one seemed different, due to a pillowtop, but not actually better). What if I'd had evidence of the Kennedy assassination lying about? A very disturbing invasion of privacy...in the process, they partially cleaned, but it was incomplete and what they did and didn't clean seemed random. For example, they took the used water glass, but didn't replace it... The Warning: There's a bad grocery store a block away, but no restaurants nearby. You have to take the train or bus to eat anywhere but in the hotel (and the menu is good, but limited). Recommendation: Kashmir, an Indian restaurant, in Echterdingen is excellent, and a reasonable walk from the nearest stop on the U-6. The life hack: In Germany, Sunday is a true day of rest. Nothing other than hotels and restaurants will be open. But this hotel is convenient to the airport, with its 24/7 Edeka.

Good hotel. Quite a distance from the city centre. Convenient for airport, but train ride or taxi necessary. Good comfortable beds. Friendly service in the bar. Overall a good stay.

Overall we had a good stay. The hotel was comfortable and nice- breakfast was also good. We would stay here again.

Suitable for an overnight stay in the area of the airport but location in an industrial area makes it less suitable for a long holiday stay.

Disappointing. No tea/coffee in room, pillows that are more like cushions- kettle that worked when it felt like it- broken safe- usb socket was a hole in wall.

It was preceding our expectations. We had a very nice stay in a big comfortable room, staff was great and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommendable.

Great Place to stay

Very clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel because of the proximity of the airport, our flight was early morning. We got a shuttle bus to go to the hotel, 7 minutes running, but there was no shuttle bus early in the morning, at 5 am to the airport. So we got a taxi. It was just one night, not too much to review as we did not get either breakfast.

This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Twin rooms are very small, The duvet and pillow were extremely uncomfortable the worst. Everything else in regard to the hotel was reasonable but absolutely not impressive in anyway and certainly not 4 star

Perfect! Booked online and called to confirm everything was ok and it was. We were traveling as a family of 4 and our family room was ready as booked! Clean and comfortable beds and we all slept well. All the staff we met were polite, well presented and efficient.
