The superb staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, provided great recommendations for restaurants and excellent insights about archaeological and museum visits, and what to do around town. Had a fantastic view of sea and Koule Fortress from our balcony, and the room was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. Easy location for taxi to drop us off and pick us up, and close walking distance to museums and city attractions. Would absolutely stay there again whenever visiting Heraklion.

Breakfast included with nice coffee machine, not have to fend for yourself first thing in the morning is great. My room had a sea view which was awesome.

The staff were great. Great location on the water and few streets from the pedestrian road. Offer free parking a few blocks away. Breakfast was great with eggs, yogurt, fruit and more. Would stay again.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and nicely furnished! Parking is available at the hotel, but it is street parking and renting a smaller car is advised!

The staff were wonderful, and helped us make a tee time when we couldn’t figure out the phone. Breakfast was plentiful with something for every taste. The free parking consists of three spaces but we were always able to squeeze in. I felt very safe staying there. We bought hop on - off bus tickets rather than drive to Knossos and are glad we did. We stayed 4 nights, but 3 would have been enough for us.

The people working there were very friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. The location was perfect, right on the coastline and near the city center, airport and Knossos bus stops, and major museums -- particularly the archeological, a MUST. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water whenever needed, excellent wifi, abundant breakfast buffet including fresh fruit.

Lovely stay! Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. I felt they genuinely cared for their guests. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Facilities overall are very good. I mean it’s obviously not “The Ritz” but when you’re in Crete, your hotel just needs to be a clean and comfortable place for you to sleep and shower. The Kronos was that and more. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and MANY restaurants in the area.

This hotel is located right off the Mediterranean ocean. About a 20 minute drive from the airport in taxi but everything else is accessible by walking. As a solo female traveler I never felt unsafe. In fact it’s a small island where everyone in town seems to know each other. Despite it still being a tourist area or season I felt the authenticity of the town. The staff were super friendly especially Maria and Nikos!
