Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) regulation in Hong Kong

Starting from January 1st 2025, guests who are staying in hotels in Hong Kong are required to pay the HAT at the rate of 3% of the booked room’s price.You will be asked to pay HAT upon check-in. • Crib (infant bed) fee: HKD 0 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: HKD 660.0 per day
