Perfect location, helpful staffs, good price and the room is surprisingly very spacious for Hong Kong Hotel! The amenities are great. Definitely a go to hotel in Hong Kong.

The best place to stay in HK esp when you are a first timer. The Imperial hotel is in the middle of everything, the room is okay, very clean, they have a very kind and friendly staff. It is beside Chungking Mansions, MTR station, money changers and Best360 shop where you can buy cheapest chocolates for pasalubong! Imperial Hotel has the cheapest rates when you book early. Very very good choice of hotel! Trust me! It was our first time and we had the best stay ever!

Booked this place due to our last minute travel decision. The hotel looks and smells very run down. Room floor is dusty and moldy with small roaches roaming around. The furniture looks really old and not maintained. No water bottle, no basic toiletries. The only saving grace is their location. With the hefty price I paid (sgd 555 for 3 nights), I would rather just pay a bit more for other hotels in TST. Trust me, anywhere but this hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights, the room was only cleaned and the sheets were changed twice, even though we reported to the receptionist every day to have it cleaned, as per the information we received, but we were only given replacement towels, mats and tissues, and the trash was taken away.

A very basic hotel stay. We stayed in rooms that felt like makeshift with thin walls and little to basic amenities. While the location of the hotel is ideal, the ambiance of the space made it uncomfortable to stay in especially if you are solo travelling. The walls and ventilation looked old and dusty and I was worried of the condition of the aircon - that there might be mold from lack of cleaning. Just be aware.

Good ✅ Location, walk near exit N5, shops nearby, 7/11, return to the room late at 10:30 p.m., not scary, lively, very good staff. That should be improved ❌ Not worth the price, it's worse than this. But forgot to take a picture - the air conditioner is not cool, there is only a strong wind, already 10 degrees - the dusty room is very old - there is no hair dryer, slipper, refrigerator - there is only liquid soap. -Hong Kong has stopped giving away brushes, toothpaste, combs, and shower caps.

The room is extremely dirty, it hasn't been cleaned for years, the whole room is dusty, the bathroom is dirty, hair is all over the bathroom, it's like sleeping in a slum, the advertising picture is just a decoration, not a real picture, the real room is extremely dirty, we asked the maid to come clean but she refused, there is no vacuum cleaner, the staff speaks very badly, anyone who wants to stay here should think carefully, I don't mean to slander the hotel, look at the pictures that are posted, it's really dirty.

พัก 1 คืน แค่นอนเพราะตอนเช้าไปมาเก๊า เคยพักที่นี่ 3 ครั้ง ครั้งล่าสุดนี้ รร. คือเก่ามาก ห้องเก่ามาก มีร่องรอยถลอกฝาผนัง คราบสกปรก ห้องเก่ามากกก เสียงข้างห้องดังชัดเจน แค่คุยกันได้ยินถึงห้องเรา. พนง.ต้อนรับบริการดี ฝากกระเป๋าเสียเงิน ห้องละ 10 เหรียญ แต่ รร. อยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก ใกล้ Holiday inn ไป กลับสนามบินก็สะดวก ช้อปปิ้ง กินอาหารก็สะดวกสุดๆ
