Near the budapest keleti (main hbf in budapest), city tour bus station and city transport bus just in front of hotel, several Asian and European resto across the street, I found that check in process so long from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm, maybe because massive peoples came in weekend time, they even slept in lobby to wait the check-in time until 5:00 am in the morning..
