Property is centrally located. Food quality is terrible. Overall not great value for money. Travel desk is unprofessional. Mr. Anil quotes one rate and at the end of the trip jacks it up saying he had quoted original package ‘by mistake’

Had to call the front desk multiple times to get the Television fixed. It took two days to fix the issue. Called the front desk around 8:30PM and the technician showed up around 10:45 PM, few calls and direct complaint at the front desk later.
Facility was non smoking but the moment I entered the room, it felt very much like someone smoked inside the room. It took nearly 2 hours to the front desk team to send housekeeping to deodorize the room.

Its a decent place to stay. Faced few hiccups the check in day (A/C didn't work in the room & Bed sheets not clean). Staff is very humble, friendly and attentive. Thanks to Sateesh, Koteshwar Rao & Penchal for making for stay comfortable.

It looks New, clean, comfy beds, spacious rooms and cupboards, only suggestion is close the bathing area with either curtains or glasses so as the entire bathroom get wet which spills over outside the bathroom as well.
