Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms. We were lucky to have a room with a Taj Mahal view (though I had booked a standard room only ). Breakfast was excellent with local delicacies such as bedai, jalebi and parathas. All the staff in the hotel were very attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I’d especially like to call out Sachin, the chef who specially brought us Rabri and jalebi when I casually chatted with him about the local food! He also prepared a special chaat for us to taste and all of this with a big smile! A true example of Atithi Devo Bhava. If you are in Agra, stay at the Radisson!

Entertainment in the evening included a pottery wheel, puppet show and live musicians; all were excellent! The staff in the restaurant were attentive without being intrusive. Food was tasty and chefs also came out and spoke with customers. In particular, they were keen to receive feedback. Excellent hotel; other than the great location, the friendly staff are the biggest asset of this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. Nice selection with the buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed relaxing for a drink at the roof top after a long day. Our room was spacious and very comfortable (minus the external noise of traffic but this is to be expected when staying in the center of everything).

First of all, the rooms are *not* soundproof. The room next to mine was “being intimate” morning and night, and I was forced to listen to their bed banging against the wall in my room. The room across from mine kept leaving their door propped open, and letting their kids run in and out of the room, and running up and down the hallway screaming and stomping. This started at 7am. My last night at 11:30pm the kids were running up and down the hallway screaming, I called the front desk and ask them to make the people in that room close their door and make the kids stop disturbing people who are trying to sleep, it was 11:30pm, those kids were out of control. Someone came and told them to get the kids in the room, they’re disturbing other guests. 5 minutes after the employee was gone the door opened and it started again. My first morning there, I opened the room service menu, it had all of the breakfast options, with prices and the menu says available from 7:30am to 10am. So I called to order but was told to go to the ground floor to eat the buffet, I said please take my order, I want to eat in my room, he refused said go eat buffet on the ground floor, I ask so you can’t deliver it to my room, he said no. Then why is all that info on the room service menu? At check out they made me wait until they “checked the room” before I could leave. Overall it was an awful experience and I don’t recommend this hotel at all. These are just a few of the ridiculous things I had to deal with

The hotel rooms are nice, however the pool area and gym photo much better than what is actually there. The staff were friendly, and the location to the Taj is very close (10 mins max) with a good view from the rooms/rooftop.

Very nice comfortable stay in a good location for the Taj Mahal. Restaurant pleasant with plenty of choice, nice lobby area. Very comfortable bed. Wouldn’t pay the supplement for the “Taj view” it was miles away in the distance and wasn’t at all like the picture on the website. In our photos, you can’t even see it - a dot above our heads. Rooftop pool nice for a dip, gym very small and very hot. Didn’t have bathrobes despite them advertised as standard - asked in Reception twice and the housekeeping - but they never arrived.

We were exhausted from the heat and ordered room service which was not even sub standard. the next morning we had breakfast included however wanted to take some breakfast with us rather than have it there as we had an early start and hotel was not accommodating at all and eventually provided a take away box. the breakfast was poor quality. overall a big disappointment.
