Quite satisfying, spacious room environment, close access to everywhere.

We stayed here because our other booking at another place was problematic, so we looked for a quick nearby place. The place definitely looks modern, the rooms are not kept properly though. AC was hot and broken. Although someone did try to fix it, it was still hot. The furnitures are not kept properly with scratches. The TV was not working well, they had a smart TV tapi ngga guna karena apps nya ngga bisa di buka, so someone did try to fix that too, di ganti STB baru, but that was also useless. I assume this place memang untuk longstay/kosan, which is fine, just a quick tip, if opened for one day stays/hotel, might as well be more well equipped, lumayan kalo rame kan dan semuanya puas🙏🏻☺️ Rate may be cheap but wouldn’t it better to exceed the phrase “ada harga, ada kualitas” karena the problems were pretty minor(AC panas, no tooth brush or amenities basic) but made such a big difference for comfort.

umpteenth time staying at urban living 2510, the problem is the same, as before hopefully in the future the internet connection can be better again. because ± 4 nights staying here. the connection is really masyaallah. the TV is okay the TV can't connect either. finally asked for help from the officer after a few minutes it could. and the next day trouble again, connected but no connection. need internet to work, but after 10 o'clock there is no front office/receptionist, because here it is not 24 hours only until 10 o'clock. finally asked for help from security according to the note on the table. but it didn't help. thank you.

Elite boarding house, yes, this is not a hotel, there is a deposit of 100 thousand, when we arrived the electricity went out but it was fixed by the staff. The bed is okay, the AC is cold, but the furniture is already dirty

The place is comfortable, there's a coffee shop next door, and you can walk everywhere to find food and other things around Kemang. But unfortunately, it doesn't have a hairdryer. But overall, it's good enough.

It's a bit less soundproof, especially under the coffee shop, so far the room is really big.

Already a regular because the location is very strategic, looking for food is super easy, you can walk everywhere. The rate is affordable for the size of the room and the facilities provided. The cleanliness is okay, there is a mini fridge, AC & hot water works well. Maybe the amenities are just like toothbrushes & toothpaste that you have to bring your own. Plus operating the TV here is a bit difficult 😅 parking is available but not spacious so it's quite an effort if you want to get in and out by car. Overall worth the price.

The room is clean, there is a refrigerator and you can also find a place to eat. It is also close to a coffee shop on the ground floor.

Good. It's just a shame that the check out time is at 11 am. Usually the hotel check out time is at 12 pm.

The staff is not available 24 hours so if you need anything, you can't. The room smells musty, it's not announced that you have to check out from start to finish, you check out at 12 noon but the deposit has been withdrawn even though there was no confirmation beforehand 😭

The location itself is great. Close to lots of popular places. A bit noisy but understandable since it supposed to be a boarding house and near lots of crowded place. Anyway I had a pleasant night during my stay. The only minus this about this place is for the bathroom. I noticed there are molds and moss in the bidet, shower head, and in every corner of the bathroom. So please do have a deep cleaning for each room.

The TV was broken, the officers called and came to fix it, but it didn't take long for it to break again... until the morning we wanted to ask the officers to fix it, they didn't come, there was no toothbrush. The mattress makes noises for sleeping. There's no electric kettle so you can't make hot water, bring your own coffee

Have stayed here many times. The place is comfortable. If you want complete facilities and amenities, don't book the standard one. But for the standard one, it is more than enough and comfortable👍🏼
