The location is great, and the price is super cheap, but honestly, it’s not worth it. The furniture is all beat-up, and the bed feels like a rock—I woke up sore every morning. The room is really dark, even with all the lights on, and the bathroom is a mess with stains, and mold. If you’re on a budget, it might seem like a good deal, but I’d recommend spending a little more for a much better experience.

Need to improve the facilities and staff service.

Went there for a one night stay from out of town, when we came the AC was super hot and the staff said they couldn't repair it due to spare part unavailability. Asked for another room, and told them we didn't mind if we have to upgrade-but no other rooms were available. No solution to the issue. Ended up checking out and moving to another hotel at night, as the provided room was in no way appropriate to rest in.

Its a good place to stay and homie. I stay here many times when I need to stay overnight for office business.

I used to stay at this place in 2022, the place so comfortable. Receptions and all staff: humble, easy going, and always helping me hihi. Worth to stay in here;).

Unfortunately, my most recent stay was highly disappointing, a stark contrast to the wonderful experiences I've had in the past. During my stay, Jakarta experienced heavy rain, causing my room in the third floor to flood (ngecembeng). The staff promised I could switch rooms the next day because I had already extended my stay, but all rooms were occupied that night. I tried to understand the situation. Despite the staff 's frantic efforts to dry the room, it remained damp. I understand that they were doing their best in a difficult situation. However, the inconvenience of having to sleep in a leaking room, unable to rest due to the constant dripping water, was significant. The room was flooded by morning, forcing me to clean up the mess before morning prayer. The issues persisted. The staff promised to move my belongings to a new room, but when I returned from work in the afternoon (15.30), the new room was still not ready. Despite the check-in period having passed, the staff needed more time to verify the room 's readiness. Additionally, the TV in my room has not worked since I arrived. I complained about this, but I have not received a response. In the new room, the water heater didn't work, but I was too tired to complain. I believe the hotel is in need of significant maintenance and improvements in customer service! As someone who has enjoyed staying here in the past, I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Hommie hotel with spacious room, you can just walk to kemang village mall, convinience store, coffee shop and many restaurant, hotel loct near bus stop to Blok M or Ragunan.
