The room was quite spacious, but not ensuite, and the bathroom was located near the kitchen. The bathroom 's water tap was not working properly. The AC was not cool and there were lots of bed bugs that were ready to suck blood. I couldn't sleep on the bed so I had to use a matress to sleep on the floor. The staff was not educated, and was a bit of confused on how to service the guests. The bell boy was not helping carrying the luggage, just showing the room, and that's it. The only good thing about the hotel is perhaps that they provide free hot water to make tea/coffee.

I was gotta the standard room, so the bathroom is out side the room the shower is small. I was slept there for one night it affordable if you just wanna sleep there. Not recommend for the long term staying.

Not really great nor awesome actually, but since there was only 2 choices I chose great because I've been given a room larger than the one on the picture, and it have television too. Well, not bad for a one night stay to wait for the morning flight.

This homestay is a nice place to stay. The host and her staff were really kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is not far from the airport. If you want to stay here, you can request pick-up service from and to airport by car for about Rp. 100.000. If I had known earlier about this service, I would have taken it before. Also, if you can ride a motorcycle, you can rent one here for Rp 75.000 (this price is only for guests because for public it would be Rp 100.000) Anyway, the room is clean with a TV inside. The shared bathroom is also clean. There is a kitchen in case you want to make a cup of tea or coffee anytime, or use any utensils. And it for all the services, it has a good price indeed.

My two nights experience at Aini Homestay was exceptionally comfortable. The location was easy to find from the airport, close to public transport and made even more enjoyable by the polite and helpful staff. It felt like a second home, yet there was enough personal space to relax and use the family-friendly facilities such as the dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms. If you need to hire a motorcycle or are wondering about local places to visit, the staff are very willing to help. I would really like to stay there again if holidaying in Ternate again in the future.
