The room is clean and nice. I enjoyed 2 large fluffy pillows, the thing which is sometime isn't provided by 3* hotel...and this is 2* one!

We arrived at the hotel earlier than 14:00hrs, but staff is kind to let us check-in anyway. Our spotless clean non-smoking room is adequately furnished. Shower is clean. Loved the bed it's so comfy & has 4 pillows! Breakfast the next morning is superb & tasty, with wide variety of food. Checking out is fast. All staff we met are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying at Amaris again next time.

Good: 1. Near to the mobile phone sales center. 2. Hotel easy to find. 3. The staff and receptionist are also friendly. 4. Actually the hotel isbalso comfortable and not noisy. 5. Breakfast is good, tasty and interesting even the menu is provided at a modest level. Less: Limited parking space for customers who bring lots of vehicles. This hotel is highly recommended for staying in the Surabaya. The price of staying at the hotel is relatively affordable for travelers. Thank You.

Staycation was wonderful in Amaris Margorejo. One drawback was the slightly bad odor and stagnant grey water on the shower box floor. Food was great though and shows a great value for the rate I paid. Room was clean and bright. Staff were friendly. Fixing the bathroom to a next level of cleanliness will create a much higher value.

Room is clean, bathroom is clean. However, the bed sheet is not changed everyday. Towel is already changed everyday. No coffee or tea sachet available at room. Better to give, the hot water is already available at dispenser at corridor. Breakfast has lots of variation. However the dining table is arranged for every 4 people. It is better to set the table for every 2 people only. Easier to combine the table when required then split the table.

Clean and comfy hotel in the center of Surabaya city, price is affordable and have various menu for breakfast. Little bit difficult to find parking space for our car, but the hotel staff very helpful in this condition.
