The staff is not friendly, seems rude. The mattress is hard, the pillows are thin and hard, it seems like they haven't been changed for a long time. The room atmosphere is stuffy.

It can be an alternative for backpackers, cheap price and decent room. Close to the culinary center of Sentul Market, lots of food around it. Just walk to Aeon Mall Sentul.

The location of the apartment is close to Aeon and the center of Sentul, only the Alfamart inside the apartment is a bit hidden near the pool.

Check in December 25-24 and check out December 26-24. The apartment location is easy to reach and close to the mall. But unfortunately the room facilities are not good. TV cannot be accessed. The bed sheets have not been replaced and smell musty. The bathroom door is broken. Only 2 towels were given even though we booked for 4 people. The towels are also rough and torn. At night there was wind that hit the door because the outside window of the room had no glass. And that was very disturbing. Oh yes, there was no drinking water at all. The receptionist from Rio Property was also slow to respond even though they claimed 24 hours

all good, AC works, toilet is clean, comfortable for vacation. to play in the swimming pool must wear a swimsuit yes. indosat signal is bad, if telkomsel is safe. only a few tv channels are caught. access to aeon mall is very close, can walk. for places to eat in the apartment there are many vendors, there is alfa warmindo and heavy food is also available.

Strategic hotel, the bed is just so-so but smells good, there is a refrigerator too. The bathroom is clean, the water heater works, the AC works. I brought a motorbike and was charged 15k for parking overnight. It's just lacking wifi

Not bad for backpackers, not very clean, lots of ants, bathroom water is a bit clogged so it gets stagnant. Parking still costs max. No mineral water, liquid soap. Have to bring your own. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.
