I like staying here because I feels comfortable with the Deluxe sized room and hope the deluxe will have bathtub in the bathroom soon overall I like here.

The choice of excellent hotel in Jember is limited. And glad that Aston is a good choice. Picked the bigger room with working desk. Shower is great with nice hot water. But the property is aging. Most hotel didn’t provide mineral bottle in the room, so they provide dispenser in the corridor. And the water is really nice, I would say very close to Evian ♥️ Couldn’t catch the breakfast downstairs, we asked for breakfast in room. And they brought nice bubur ayam with some pastries.

Overall I am quite satisfied staying here
but I am a little disappointed with the security guard in the lobby when I checked in
I happened to be on a family trip with my elderly parents
when I arrived I dropped my parents off in the lobby and when I arrived there was no staff to help with our luggage so when I got out of the car it was a bit of a hassle
there was 1 security guard there
but he didn't take the initiative to call other staff or anything
he just stared silently with an unpleasant face
because coincidentally when I dropped off my stuff in the lobby there was a VIP car that was about to leave
so my car blocked the car
I really regret why the security guard just kept quiet and instead put on an unpleasant face
so please re-brief the security guards in serving guests

The experience of staying here is better and better than the previous hotel I stayed at. But the wifi was problematic yesterday in my room. But the staff has helped and tried to set it on my cellphone and laptop but it was probably the router that had an error.

The quality of the 4-star hotel in Jember is quite impressive, given its modest size. However, it is regrettable that some security personnel exhibit a lack of amiability and demonstrate a deficiency in knowledge. Fortunately, there are other security personnel who assist in directing the parking process, and they are characterized by their affability and courtesy. On the other hand, the check-in process could be sped up, despite the receptionist's humble and friendly demeanor.
