I book this hotel as a birthday gift for my father in law. he said the hotel is nice, they enjoy the stay. And the staff name Damayanti is very patient and helpful in assisting me with transportation, and some issues with the reservation.

Great holiday at the Aston Sunset Beach Resort - Gili Trawangan because they provide bicycle so I could cycle around the island. The ocean views and sea breeze are amazing and can also play swings in the sea when the water receded The service was really good and friendly. Clean room and complete amenities.

Aston Sunset Beach Resort Gili Trawangan provides FREE pick-up service (sharing, one way only) from Lombok International Airport to Bangsal Harbour in Lombok (Bangsal is a harbour in Lombok for crossing to Gili Islands). To reserve and confirm the Free Pick-Up Service, please provide the flight details one day before the arrival. Please note during the high season period this free service will be subject to the driver and car availability upon arrival, please inform the flight details 3 days before the arrival. This free service will be subject to the availability and valid until the end of December 2020.
A a setup fee of IDR 250,000 per room has been implemented for any special arrangements for Honeymoon, Birthday, or Anniversary celebrations. This fee includes towel art, flower petals, and a customized card for the occasion. Given our location on a small island, the fee reflects the limited availability of towels and flower petals necessary for the setup.

Good location if you want to avoid the overcrowded harbour area. 10 minutes using bike to anywhere in the island. Not very close to the loud beach club, so everything's convenient during our stay. Next door to a great restaurant, Cocana. The movie night was a cool activity to do after sunset. But the room could do better cleaning, and the garden needs trimming. Staffs were great and helpful.

There was a lot of noise due to work being done at the back of the room, and the toilet water was not well replenished, so the conditions were poor.

We loved the location of the hotel, its quite and far from hustle and bustle of partying near the port. Therefore, its quite a hassle to get food although there is a small mart next to hotel that is really convenient to get snacks, instant food, sunscreen, drinks etc. Swimming pool is big and clean, good to relax. I even loved the masseuse in the spa. It was a familiar option for us to stay in Aston as we have stayed in their hotels in other cities.

First time stayed in Aston gili for 2 days it was good 👍 one of the most I like they provide mineral water station in the lobby area and also in the room they provide Jar so you can asked the room service to refill water. I stayed in pool view on 2nd floor the room big enough and have balcony so you can sit there and see the play ground and pool. My notice only the bath room. The bath room there 's no seperat glass that other hotel usually use. So when you take shower the dry area become wet. For breakfast have many variant and the taste good. At night they have cinema on the beach and on that day, they play taylor swift 's concert. I had dinner too I ate grill snipper fish the fish fresh and the taste was good but the service I waited too long, I called the waiter many times asked how my order it took how long to serve. Overall the hotel was good and I would come back and stay here again.

Room is clean. Hospitality is ok. Breakfast is just ok. Bike rental and minimart is beside the hotel. Everyday have movie night in front of hotel by the beach. Only the wall between room is quite thin and if you got a busy noisy neighbor you will definitely tripped.
