By far, this is the most affordable hotel at Bandung with service and facilities beyond my expectation. Easy reservation, strategic location, helpful and friendly staffs, excellent service, clean and cozy room, full of facilities, and great choice of foods. I stayed at this hotel on 02-03 jan 2018. Me, my husband, and 3 kids. Good facilities in hotel... Nice swimming pool area, our car was being cleaned..cheaper price when we booked the hotel online or any similar sites. I will recommend this hotel.

One of the pillows got mold so had to ask HK to change it. And there 's a smell from the drainase in the bathroom and make it unpleasant.

Petugas hotel tidak datang membereskan masalah wifi, walau sudah didatangi 2x ke resepsionis. Jam 7.40 sarapan sudah hampir habis semua. Nasgornya tastenya dibawah rata2, ada batu dan gabah.

Malam pertama di gedung yg berbeda dari gedung utama. Agak sedikit takut, karena sepi. Tidak ada petugas hotel.

Room and shower weren't cleaned properly. Stains on towel and pillow cases. Holes on sheet. Also dusty and only one bin in the room.
