I would not stay in yhis hotel again, Corridors are used as as their store rooms like a dirty warehouse. The deco is tired. Carpet is absolutely filthy. Staff was arrogant and ignorant. Food was not very nice apart from papaya. Nothing is worth remembering.

Always order rooms from Treveloka which are executive rooms, but are always given something like a normal room which is cramped and the breakfast doesn't taste good.

Unfortunately, we got room number 306 and the bed was a bit flat. So it's a bit strange with the view blocked by a wall. But the rooms are clean. Small shower. Tips for choosing odd room numbers. Overall it's okay

Room is okay, have some stain on the carpet. Price is on the high side.- Wifi is very very bad.- When I arrived, there is 2 lifts, but one is broken down. Need to wait a long time.- On 2nd and 3rd floor, there is KTVs, Disco, imagine all the patrons and guests using the same lift on a Friday night, it is so slow. Not for family and kids.- Gym facilities need to pay extra to use even if you are hotel guests.- Really need to improve and maintenance on the lifts.

Aircorn is broken and not cold at all, hotel 's staff help change room but other room 's aircorn also broken and not cold and hotel reception staff not giving any solution for this problem.
