Good location, I can see the atmosphere of the sunrise. Two nights stay, good breakfast, friendly and helpful service. It would be even better if there were improvements to the hot water system, and prohibiting smoking in the area around guest rooms. Overall good, and will stay back when we go to Bromo

The view is amazing. The staff were very friendly. It 's not a cheap hotel but there 's not much facilities. Like there is no hand towel, no hair dryer, wifi connection super bad, also the toilet was not clean. My wife was very strict about cleanliness of toilet and she was having a difficult time during our stay. We suggested that you renovate the toilet and do a proper cleaning. The restaurant for public was good! Breakfast (take away) was so so.

Location: Downtown (L) Environment and Scenery: The hotel boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding area. π. Staff: The staff members were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. π. Room: Unfortunately, the room fell short. It was dirty, which was disappointing given the overall charm of the hotel. π§Ή. Toilet: The toilet was in dire need of cleaning, and the flushing experience was less than pleasant. π½. In summary, while the environment and staff were top-notch, the room cleanliness and toilet condition left much to be desired. Hopefully, the hotel management addresses these issues promptly. π¨.

The view from the resort so beautiful! The room looks clean. Although toilet need deep clean. The breakfast buffet looks decend and enough for me. Will stay again if I coming back to bromo.

The size of the room just nice for 2 adults. The view from the room was to die for. So beautiful. Had a breakfast. Nice spread too.
