AC was not cold enough in 2 of our rooms. Toilet was not flush properly in all our rooms. Need to clean the pool regularly. Good location close to shop and traditional market.

Air condition malfunction. TV malfunction. Dirty room. Dirty cupboard. Very noisy due to the existence of club at ground level.

So the main choice if you go to Lombok. Thank you also to IRFAN who upgraded my room from standard to superior so I don't have to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. Thank you very much.
